cod. 186 - SHEET LAMINATING LINE FOR PANELS

This line is particularly suitable for PVC sheet laminating on chip, plywood, wood fibre panels and so on; it can, however, be easily adapted for laminating any other type of panels with any other material on bobbins.

The line comprehends all the machines and automatic devices which allow a precise and high production, even if the cutting of the tapes between each panel must be effected by hand.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LINE

BRUSHING MACHINE: an entry platform with motor-driven rolls and adjustable lateral guides introduces the panels into the machine. A device spaces panels between one another, whilst they are cleanen by the two brushing rollers.

FOUR-ROLLER GLUE SPREADER: three rows of rubber rings  introduce the panels which are glue-coated on the surfaces. Handwheels with measure clocks indicate the thicknessof the glue spred on the panels. The machine can be drawn out of the line on one side on order to allow its easy cleaning.

COUPLING UNIT: a set of motor-driven discs with adjustable laterl guides introduce the panels which are coupled with the tapes. The bobbin centering is achieved on adjustable and self-braking bearings.

in the thermostat-controlled heating unit is incorporated a pump for hot oil recycling to the heated rollers. The cutting of the tapes is effectued by hand when the laminated panel comes out of the machine.

CONVEYOR: it conveys the panels from the coupling unit to the press.

ROLLER PRESS: it achieves the final pressing operation on the compound.

The machine can be singularly adjustedin height.
